Now, my first voice podcast test!!

Ok Jyrki! I am now trying a voice podcast. It's 25 seconds long, and this is the text you should hear:
"Hi Jyrki, well that's the first piece of podcasting over, and I hope you heard the music fine, now we're on to the next bit- and that's listening to my voice! So if you can hear this OK, then the really exciting bit can begin, and that will be using my pupils. So let me know if you can hear this. Thank you very much.."
It's funny- I think I sound terrible! I have a bad cold at the moment, so maybe that's not my normal voice!!

Another test!
This is a test video post, showing the Christmas lights in Dunbar being switched on. This was made using a Sony Cybershot P73 digital camera. If it works, I will use the camera to make a vdeo of my class for the school blog!

A sunny Saturday, and Hamish the Wise!
Some photos from today. Olivia and Sandy were playing in the house this morning and I went around snapping. I haven't taken pictures of Hamish, our cat, for a long time, so today I took a few. Anna likes to refer to him as "Hamish the Wise!"
This afternoon, Olivia was in the car, no doubt imagining herself driving. Dream on! Only 15 and a half years to wait, my dear!
